I'm not a fan of dentists. I've had to have work done on my teeth my whole life, and I've encountered more than my fair share of dentists. That being said, Dr. Cheng is awesome but his entire staff is wonderful. I met Dr. Cheng when I reached out to him with what appeared to be an infected tooth. He made time for me on a day he was closed just to have a look and see if he could help. He was honest with me about it having to be pulled and that he couldn't do it himself. I have been going to Dr. Cheng for a year and have loved my experience! So, when it came time for our son to start seeing a dentist, he is now 3, we trusted his teeth to Dr. Cheng. And, our son loved it! Dr. Cheng was so patient and reassuring....we will definitely be going to him for a very very long time! Thank you for making our son love going to the dentist!
My appointment yesterday was a great experience. Normally, cleanings aren't the most fun thing in the world, but my technician, Megan did an outstanding job and made the experience quite pleasant. She is an asset to your practice. Thanks for making the time in the dentist chair bearable.
I've gone to my old dentist in Warrenton for the last 24 years but decided to switch to a local dentist. I couldn't have picked a better location. The atmosphere is asthetically pleasing. The hygienist, front desk, and dentist are all very nice and thorough. Chelsea at the front desk was polite and professional. Megan my hygienist did an excellent job through out the process and took the time to explain what she saw in the x-rays. This dentist is the best I've ever had. They are gentle with both adults and children. The hygienists are great with the children. I highly recommend this practice for the entire family!
Having known the staff personally for several years and having had Dr. Cheng replace my teeth, I am extremely happy with his treatment for my Alzheimer's father. His staff, particularly his wife and administrator, are compassionate and generous with their time and commitment to his care, etc.
Excellent customer service
Just had my first appointment today and I was nervous about seeing a new provider. Daniela did a great job with cleaning and x-rays. Dr cheng was personable, thorough and relaxed me right away. The front desk staff are welcoming and office is spotless and modern. Hopefully we found our forever dentist.
