Excellent staff & environment! Dr. Cheng is an amazing dentist and is very gentle and caring. He explains everything to you and makes you feel comfortable.
I have lived in the area for two years, and tried several different dentists. At each other office, I felt like I was at a drive thru dentist office, in a cubicle with no privacy, and with staff that didn’t know me, or care to know me. Dr. Chen and his staff are the complete opposite! They are all incredibly friendly, patient to answer questions, and after seeing my daughter just once, Dr. Chen remembered her name and age 4 months later. His work is impeccable, and they are so gentle, you may even fall asleep!
Excellent experience as always. The staff are so friendly and courteous. Appointments are always on time. You are made feel very comfortable in a very nice facility. The staff at the front are very helpful with appointment times and billing queries. Danielle the hygienist is excellent and does a fantastic job. Dr Cheng explains everything needed in great detail regarding dental issues, and let’s you make the decision as to when you want it done unless he thinks it is an emergency. Best dental office. I strongly recommend.
I had a dental emergency and Dr. Cheng worked me into his busy schedule immediately, fixing my problem on the same day! I appreciate how he explained my procedure as he worked and I left with information on how to take care of my teeth! Thank you, Dr. Cheng and staff! I was given excellent service!
As always, my visit to Battlefield Dental was a positive experience. The staff is professional, friendly and attentive and I really enjoyed the new teeth cleaning process used this time for my cleaning. I've had major work done as well as routine cleanings and each visit has been positive. I highly recommend Battlefield Dental for all dental needs.

Battlefield dental and Dr. Chang are by far the best I have ever experienced and I have had a lot of dentists over the years. It’s taken me years to find a good dentist in the Fredericksburg area, and I absolutely love this office! Great staff, and the best dentist. Extra bonus for having TVs on the ceilings! Makes for a great distraction, for those who have anxiety.
