I was surprised to how friendly and down to earth Dr. Ispas was. I was able to get an appointment for the next day! The first visit was longer than regular visit, but it was well worth it. My doctor referred me to her and I am so thankful! I am allergic to all pollens in Virginia. So next step shots for me!
I am happy to have found the Doctor. She was professional and the staff were truly accommodating. She seems to want to know her patients very well so she can offer the best care possible for each situation. She also seems to have a good sense of humor. Dr. Laura likes to listens and makes you feel that you are in good hands. The wait time was longer than usually, but I think had to do with the Holidays. I highly recommend her!
Very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Laura. I felt listened to and she took extra time to discuss a game plan for future treatments. Also she referred me to few other doctors for care. She is is absolutely one of the nicest doctors I have met and it's evident she loves what she does.
We like Dr. Ispas and her staff. Me and my daughter look forward to come for our weekly allergy shots.
Dr. Ispas was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. She took extra time to clearly make me understand my condition and how to progress forward with medications and allergy shots. I hope she stays in location for a long time. The wait was a bit long today but she apologized many times.
Dr. Laura is an expert in her field. I had a wonderful experience all around. Her shot nurse Angie is also very nice.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care I received. The office was very busy and although I had to wait a few extra minutes past my appointment time, the Doctor spent extra time with me as well. The nurse Angie was very nice as well.
The doctor was helpful to find the treatment plan that so far works for me. Also felt welcomed by the front office staff and nurses. I got skin tested today for allergy and the results were detailed to me and the treatment options as well. I felt that I have more tools to deal with my conditions at this moment. I am looking forward to my return visit. Thanks for the care Dr. Ispas!
The staff is very kind and courteous. I was able to get an appointment same day which was excellent. Dr. Laura is very knowledgable and provides a thorough explanation as it relates to your condition and treatment plan. I particularly like that she plans to incorporate a more holistic approach once my situation is under control. Dr. Laura and staff are awesome :).
