Paid when I finished my visit, got a bill sent to me for more money than I can afford and it's due in 7 days... not going back
The worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced.
First off, this place feels like a cult from the early 90s. The style, the way everyone behaves, even the medical advice. I went in because I suddenly have asthma attacks when exposed to allergens. They did a simple scratch test and were dismissive when I said I'd had more in depth ones before. Their only solution was an inhaler my insurance doesn't cover (oh, we have a coupon, oh shoot, it's expired, oh well,its only $127 a month) and $3,000/year (after insurance) of weekly shots I would have had to come in for. I see Dr. Robert Szalewski for IVIG due to an immunodeficiency issue. He has also helped me with my asthma medication. I am very, very thankful that he has been in charge of my case. He has been awesome
I have brought two of my daughters here. Just had a terrible experience this morning. Have had a negative experience there previously, so I'm not sure why I came back. Unfortunately, there are just not a lot of options in Lincoln. Please, please do not bring your children here. You are much better driving to Omaha for other options.
