I was very disappointed with my visit to this practice. In making an appointment, I asked if they took my insurance and they said yes. When I was there for the appointment, I asked if I owed any money (copay) and was told no I didn't owe anything. Then I received a bill for over $200 instead of $40 copay - because THEY WERE OUT OF NETWORK FOR MY INSURANCE. Doctors are good here but the front desk is awful. They basically ignore you and give you an awful attitude. It’s so difficult as a mom of a 15 month old to have to deal with such bad service when these appointments in general are already stressful.

Dr. Guirguis is an incredibly kind and caring doctor. She takes time to listen to my concerns and is extremely patient with my two toddlers. They’ve been seeing Dr. G since they were 6 months and 2 years old and they absolutely love going to the office because of her. We’re so grateful to have found Dr. G and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable allergist for young kids. The office staff from receptionists to nurses are also the best as they go above and beyond to help.

Received excellent treatment for my case of eosinophilic esophagitis / EoE and severe food allergies. Dr. Guirguis is amazing and does her best to come up with the best treatment plan that will result in a better quality of life. Definitely recommend this office to anyone with allergies :)
