I had a really great experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and very professional. They made me feel comfortable right away, which means a lot when you’re a little nervous going in. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. Have weekly allergy shots. The office staff is personable, friendly and professional which is quite refreshing. Doctors are caring and listen to what you say. I’m very happy with the office experience.
Dr. Basta was very nice, she took the time to listen to what I was saying without making me feel rushed or like she had one foot out the door. We came up with a plan for the spring and I was very satisfied with everyone in the office. The nurses who give the shots are always nice, friendly, and quick to lessen the wait time you many times get with other doctor's offices. Absolutely so happy with the care for my 4 1/2 year old son and his allergies since 2 years of age. Dr Guirguis and her staff are always professional, cautious, above the rest & truly phenomenal. If you have an allergy related issue needing an allergist and/or a new doctor that will have your best interest always at top of the list- please give Dr Guirguis, Dr Basta and Dr Ho’s office a call. Promise you will not be disappointed!
