I went to Dr. Bruce Ball many years ago. THE WORSE doctor ever! He refused to listen to what I was saying and even told me I was fine. He literally argued with me on how I wasn’t feeling the way I said I was feeling. All while smiling in my face as he refused to write me prescriptions for meds I needed. Dr Ball has change my life. Seriously! He and his team spend quality time with me and I can’t thank them enough. I am in the office every 42 days for my shots and I see him personally once a year for my check up! Although I do try to sneak a peek every time I’m there just to say hi. But on my annual appointment he is always so attentive and concerned about what is the next step for my health. I have been a patient of his for five years now. He was not a good fit for us. When I seek medical attention for myself or my children I expect a provider that will listen, answer questions and discuss options with me. Dr Ball did none of that. I was basically told what “we” were going to do for my child. None of my questions were answered to my satisfaction, including the concerns I had about the treatments he recommended.
