Let me start by saying that Dr. Carr is an amazing doctor...but the back office and administration are a mess. These guys are a money first, service second kind of place. A fee for everything (incorrectly charged may I add) and constant battling over office policies clearly written not with the patient in mind. Both our kids have visited here.
