This new office in Harmar moved from Gateway Tower downtown several years ago. I used to be old patient with them but the nurse of register office a person was not polite with me at least 4 times calling on phone. I am deaf and hard of hearing. She said not accepting new patients if you have "UPMC for you" insurance. She hung up on me without saying sorry or something to excuse to get off the phone. This is horrible experience.

I came here thinking I wouldn't have a positive test for any allergies, but it turns out I'm allergic to mostly everything outdoors! I wasn't thrilled but they made sure I knew that they were here to help me through! The whole staff is friendly, everything seems to run smoothly! I've been going here every week for 6 months now and I have not one bad thing to say!

I scheduled appointments for myself and my spouse here a month in advance. Unfortunately, the communication from their office was severely lacking. I did not receive any reminders leading up to our appointments, and the only contact made was after we had missed them. The notification of a no-show fee of $40 each was unwelcome, especially given the circumstances. The subsequent flood of reminders to reschedule felt overwhelming and careless. As a result of this experience, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Of all the allergists my family has seen over the years (well over 40 years), this office has always been friendly and welcoming. The doctors do a great job explaining things, and the staff has always gone out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. The staff made us feel at ease during times of stress and uncertainty. Their caring demeanor and friendly smiles made all the difference for us.
