I highly recommend Allergy and Asthma Associates! My 9 year old son was seen Dr. Lawson and his staff. They were amazing at making my son feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Lawson provided the most thorough explanations to my questions and used his knowledge of the field to explain my concerns. My son was seen right away without delay and had multiple allergy tests performed as well.
Rude receptionists and they are not helpful. You would think working at a medical facility they would talk to their patients with more empathy and care. Please provide better training to your front desk staff.
Dr Oliff and Dr Lawson do the very best they can, the fastest they can, to quickly treat symptoms as well as underlying conditions to keep patient from getting worse. They truly listen to their patients.
I have no qualms leaving this negative review, especially after so much information has come out regarding dupixent unmasking or accelerating the cutaneous t-cell lymphoma. This practice was pushing it on my daughter for such a long time, denying the already published negative side effects. And now this. I have been in the Buffalo Grove office for a few years now and they are exceptional, always available and ready to answer my questions and concerns. Dra Sonenthal is my doctor and I am very happy with her professionalism, dedication and acknowledgment. Highly recommend this practice.
