Have seen Dr. ellenburg for years! He’s my favorite doctor! Funny and joyful! Only had to wait on him once but wasn’t annoyed because He sees patients at one of their office locations in the mornings then comes to the cross park office on his lunch break to see patients for the afternoon. literally the best doctor.
Find another practice. The communication here is horrible. We had to wait for over an hour in the waiting room for Dr Ellenburg to come in and then tell us to go have blood work done. Easily could have had this conversation in a 2 minute phone call before having us come in. Lab work sent in over a month ago, 5 phone calls all unreturned asking for the diagnosis. Still waiting on a response. Highly recommend finding another practice as we will be doing
Great people, great service, and the Drs. work really hard to find out what's wrong with their patients.
Made several appointments for 1pm, first after lunch. Doctor isn't even in the building. He has no concept of people's time.
