I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chao for several months, and I’ve been very impressed with the care I’ve received. He has been thorough in ordering the appropriate tests and X-rays, takes the time to listen, and genuinely shows concern for helping me get back to a better quality of life. It’s reassuring to have a doctor who is committed to finding answers instead of just treating symptoms. I’m grateful for his dedication and highly recommend him.
I had a really positive experience with Melissa and her team. She was incredibly patient and compassionate, and I felt like she truly listened to all of my concerns without rushing me. It made a big difference to feel heard and understood. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I really appreciate the level of care I received.
I was very impressed with Dr. Chao. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. His main objective was to find out why I keep getting sick, NOT to give me medicine to make me feel better. He ordered tests and X-rays and was very thorough in his exam. Everyone in the office shared a great attitude and seemed genuinely glad to be at work!
Dr Peter Shane is a wonderful doctor. He very professional, polite, compassionate, courteous and displays the best mannerisms. When you are in pain and not feeling well all of these characteristics sure does make you feel better and know that he does care about your health and well being. And I thank him and his staff for all that they have and are doing to help me feel better.
