I absolutely love Dr. Shane and his nurse. They have been such a blessing to me. Dr. Shane actually listens to me. I have never felt like he gets "medication happy" as other doctors sometimes get. Instead he looks at everything, discusses options with me and his recommendations and we go from there. The office staff is also so friendly and helpful. 5 stars!
I had a really positive experience with Melissa and her team. She was incredibly patient and compassionate, and I felt like she truly listened to all of my concerns without rushing me. It made a big difference to feel heard and understood. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I really appreciate the level of care I received.
I was very encouraged by Dr. Chao & his attention to me and my concerns. He looked at me & listened. He asked questions and thought about testing and ideas to go forward with any medications. He was honest & made me feel seen and heard for the first time in many years. I am excited and optimistic for the first time in a long time that I have Dr. Chao as my doctor and I believe I have the best opportunity for great care.
Melissa is the best. She is kind, patient, listens, takes her time, and is so smart like Dr. Saadeh but that comes with her years of experience that she's worked closely with him. Dr. Saadeh hand picks all of his Drs and Nurse Practitioners along with his staff. They are all great.
Staff welcomed us with a warm smile and were pleasant . The young man who gave me an injection and a breathing test has always been so nice and respectful, as well as the older her 2 ladies that work in that department. The provider I saw today , and I hate to say I forgot her name, I call her Dougy Houser, I just love her and the staff in that department, so kind and personable. All and all One Heck of a GREAT TEAM .. they should be celebrated. 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈
