I love this doctor! I’m new to seeing him so his name escapes me Sawail? I’ll learn it. I feel very listened to. He pays attention to me. He’s very thorough. I feel blessed to have found him! All of the staff at Allergy A.R.T.S. are very helpful and respectful!
I absolutely love Dr. Shane and his nurse. They have been such a blessing to me. Dr. Shane actually listens to me. I have never felt like he gets "medication happy" as other doctors sometimes get. Instead he looks at everything, discusses options with me and his recommendations and we go from there. The office staff is also so friendly and helpful. 5 stars!
Been going here for treatment a few years now and it has been good. Staff is professional and courteous. Facility is clean and presentable. There was one issue with notification of when my serum was ready and I wasn't notified. I called a month later to follow up and it was ready but I'm going to chalk that up to as a one time incident. The issue with that was typically it should have been no more than two weeks for notification. Other than that this place is a good facility to receive treatment.
The folks working at this practice are very pleasant and helpful. They are on top of my history and ask pertinent questions about how I'm currently feeling. Melissa Griffin takes great care in monitoring my medications and effects on my blood work. She's also very careful about changing too many things at the same time. She's very good about determining my current situation and suggesting possible improvements to my care. Melissa has made a huge impact on the quality of my life.
I was very encouraged by Dr. Chao & his attention to me and my concerns. He looked at me & listened. He asked questions and thought about testing and ideas to go forward with any medications. He was honest & made me feel seen and heard for the first time in many years. I am excited and optimistic for the first time in a long time that I have Dr. Chao as my doctor and I believe I have the best opportunity for great care.
