I was very pleased. Everybody was very helpful here and the doctor himself. He took time to visit with me to get to know what was going on with me to talk to me about my meds. What treatment and what he thought was going on with me I was very impressed. The office workers were good. The nurses very courteous very friendly. Thank you.
Dr. Shane will listen to you and is a kind, knowledgeable professional. That was my first impression of him after meeting him today for my first office visit. I am confident that he will choose the correct plan of treatment for my rheumatoid arthritis. The staff and med techs at Allergy A.R.T.S. are professional, helpful, and friendly. I was very pleased with the care I received at the clinic.
Dr. Shane was great! He took time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Shane was quick to make sure labs were correct before treating from previous lab work done else where. I would recommend Dr. Shane!
I was very impressed with Dr. Chao. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. His main objective was to find out why I keep getting sick, NOT to give me medicine to make me feel better. He ordered tests and X-rays and was very thorough in his exam. Everyone in the office shared a great attitude and seemed genuinely glad to be at work!
Dr Peter Shane is a wonderful doctor. He very professional, polite, compassionate, courteous and displays the best mannerisms. When you are in pain and not feeling well all of these characteristics sure does make you feel better and know that he does care about your health and well being. And I thank him and his staff for all that they have and are doing to help me feel better.
