When calling to get a hold of someone in billing no one answers or returns phone calls. When phone prompts you to press 5 for billing it goes straight to voice-mail with no option to speak to a human. I have been trying to pay a bill over the last week with no such luck of reaching and agent in billing. The company must not be hurting for money if they don't want my payment. Very disappointed in this medical facility practices.
