As a first-time patient, I was anxious going in, however, from the time I walked in to the facility I noticed the customer service as excellent. I particularly liked the doctor and technicians explaining to me what was going on every step of the way during my procedure. I learned a lot looking at my x-rays while they explained what was going on with my teeth and gums. Highly impressed with the efficiency, friendliness, skill, great customer service, and ease of getting an appointment. I have already started spreading the word to my friends and family. Also impressed with the in-house insurance plan. I highly recommend Fenton Family Dental.
The service and staff was excellent. The procedure was explained to me thoroughly and everything was done in a timely manner.
My first time there for dental work. Staff and facility are great, however, Dr. Kim left on two occasions to see other patients. While, he is a great dentist, I was very frustrated with having to wait while Dr. Kim attended to other patients before my procedure was complete. If you all can work on patient scheduling, so that the Dentist can be more attentive to one patient at a time...Fenton Family Dental would be Outstanding.
Excellent!!!! My 3 yr old daughter had her first dental visit yesterday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! They made sure she was comfortable and walked her through every step they were going to do in advance. The staff was very friendly as well. Everyone I passed spoke and were very professional. This will be my dentist office from now on :-)
