I went to Fenton Family for dental emergency was treated as if I was a longtime patient.My great experience started with Lisa when I called for a same day emergency appointment. She was so polite and understanding. When Lisa asked how soon could I get there, I knew I was in good hands. I was seen right away and Dr Lim was caring and gentle.
This was first time and I was very pleased. The first thing was that I was able to get an appointment so quickly and once in the office was not kept waiting in the waiting area. I was given a break down for any additional cost I will have to which allows me to budget accordingly. They even scheduled my next cleaning. No guessing for me.
