The process has gone very well. The Doctor and staff are very attentive and thorough.

Excellent staff
When entering the facility the receptionist was pleasant. There was not a long wait for me to be taken in for my procedure, I fact it was just a couple minutes after my arrival time...Thank you so much for that...The doctor talked me through the procedure to let me know what was going on throughout the procedure...I felt comfortable even though I was hurting so...I got through it... I might need a little more anesthesia next time (smile).Overall I had a good experience.
Doctor Alford was simply a breath of fresh air for me. As with many, the dentist can be scary and full of anxiety. Dr. Alford was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my dental care and the future of my teeth. She explained everything thoroughly and told me of my options and why she would recommend the treatment path that she chose for me.
