OMG.... She is the BEST Doctor I been too in over 20 years. SHe has great empathy for a nervous patient. she informs you step by step and Most of ALL she VERY GENTLE TO WITH HER TOUCH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR> ALFORD she is a HIDDEN GEM @ FENTON FAMILY DENTAL. This entire dental office is great, the staff the decor, and the cleanliness was outstanding.
Since I haven't been to a dentist in quite a few years (over 10 !) I was extremely happy with my "first" experience with Dr. Singh. She was caring while maintaining her professionalism. I will be returning next month for as second procedure and am actually looking forward to it!

Great experience. we had a lot of work to do on my most recent visit but it was fine. I have been historically afraid to go to the dentist which has left my teeth in shambles. Since starting with Dr. Alford my experience in her hands has lessened my fear to the point where I am now looking forward to having all of the needed work to correct my teeth problems. Dr. Alford is great she is calm, patient, relaxing, and informative. I know everything is going good when she starts to hum while working.
I absolutely LOVE them. I have been petrified to go to a dentist because of past bad experiences. It took me about 4 years but I can truly say that my experience has been wonderful. They are pleasant, concerned about how you feel and most of all they are prompt with the appointment times. I have sang their praises to coworkers and friends. Thank you for help putting my smile back on my face.
I think the assistant dental techs are very concerned about how the customers are feeling about the treatments they are receiving and that there is a positive connection at the practice. I was very concerned about my treatments to the point where I considered conducting a search for another family dentist, but each time (3) I expressed my concerns to the assistant tech, they were told to mgmt. and I received a positive response.
