We just had our car detailed to the tune of $250. I had surgery and cannot drive so the car was parked on street where detailer left it yesterday. The car is now covered in sawdust, dirt and a film from the direction the machine was shooting debris. Allen's Tree Service did an excellent job and went above and beyond. Their prices are very competitive, we had shopped around. They kept us informed of their schedule and showed up as stated. The staff was informative, well-mannered and friendly. In taking out our tree they made sure to keep lawn damage to a minimum. Thank you - O'Fallon Church of Christ

Horrible management staff! Diann was completely rude to me over the phone and told me she was not dealing with me. I had a coupon for $50 off and was told I could not use it even though it does not expire until 10/15/14! She then proceeded to hang up on me! I never once cursed at her or yelled I did talk loudly because I was upset. No "manager" should EVER hang up on a customer period! Never using this service again because of the management at this location.
Excellent work your crew did yesterday on our massive pin oak in Kirkwood! The tree looks fantastic and they cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommended!
