Allen's is a great company. We've had some trimming of our trees and this spring, they spreaded mulch for us. Their crew is professional and always cleaned up after themselves. Great services from a great local company.

I just started using Allen's Tree Service and am amazed how thorough and professional they are! They put down gravel in my landscape areas and trimmed my bushes to perfection! They were so kind and really listened to what I wanted. And Tony is just wonderful to work with. I absolutely love this company and will highly recommend to my friends. I've been using Allen's for years to spray my Sweet Gum with Florel. I used to rake up approximately 150 gallons of those spikey balls 4 times a year. Now I all I have to do is rake up a few in the spring and I'm good all year! It's so worth it. The service is excellent, I've never had an issue.

We have used Allen's for years and they have always been friendly and professional. Last year we had them spray our Sweet Gum tree with florel to keep the horrible spikey balls from forming and it worked GREAT!! Hardly any of those nasty balls to rake up. Thank you, Allen's!

They were unclear with me at the time of the bid. When they came out, they left a tree growing diagonal across my yard. I called them to discuss coming back out to cut the small tree down since I assumed that it would have been included in the work but they would not come back out. I called them to discuss customer satisfaction, working out a discount on the services since I was dissatisfied and my husband ended up cutting down the tree. They refused. In response to this misleading review, here are the facts: The work was done on July 31st. The homeowner (husband) was home the entire time the work was being performed, and he was not only privy to what was being done, he even requested additional work, all of which was agreed upon. When thew crew finished the work, the homeowner was satisfied. On September 5th, we had not heard anything from the customer and had also not received payment, so we reached out to them.
