I recently purchased a 2004 Highlander from Allen Friendly Auto Sales, I'm very pleased with the service that I received and I'm also pleased with the vehicle that I purchased. I would like to especially thank the Sales Manager Brian for his kindness and how he made my buying experience a joy. I would recommend Allen's to my family and friends.
I am very disappointed in the Kia Sorento EX that I bought from this dealer. The engine light came on 2 days after I purchased it. Took it back and was told I signed an as is agreement along with arbitration paperwork. Sales manager said he would try to get his mechanic to repair at my costs. This Kia has several major issues including total valve gasket cover replacement, which is totally shot, both oxygen sensors reading nothing, shot!, exhaust system rotted out, spark plugs all bad.
