I absolutely recommend Allen's! I can't think of anything that could have been better about my experience with them. They're affordable, very experienced, friendly, and great at what they do! I was SHOCKED at how clean they were able to get our couch and ottoman, which I had thought was ruined from me trying to clean it myself. These guys are the best! Support a small local business!
These warm-hearted guys are upholstery and carpet cleaning experts. They knew going in to this job the gross mess they were tackling. They made no promise, but were confident my beloved Lexington sofa, rug, ottoman, and wingback chair would ultimately smell and look great. People, they tackled Budro (aka Dog Prince) pee mess on my rug and my granddaughter's potty-training mishaps on my beloved couch! Everything looks and smells great! Allen's Carpet did an outstanding job. They stretched as well as cleaned my home, returning the next day to verify that the carpet was tight after it dried, then went over a couple spots that they did not feel was tight enough. Allen's Carpet and Upholstery recently cleaned carpets in my home. Some of those were area rugs, along with bedroom carpeting. I also had them to stretch carpeting in a closet. They were on time and extremely professional. The carpets look GREAT and I am extremely pleased! I will refer and definitely seek them again for any future carpeting or upholstery needs. We finally made the decision to get our den carpet cleaned and pet refreshed so I called Allen and was surprised at how quickly he could work us in. He was very thorough and courteous and the carpet looked so lush afterwards.
