I had an extremely disappointing experience with Allens Carpet Cleaning. Initially, they scheduled an appointment but failed to take down my address. When I tried to provide my address over the phone, they didn't answer. I had someone else call on my behalf, and while they promptly returned that call, they continued to ignore mine.Their excuse was that workers didn't show up, and they asked us to reschedule. It was the morning after the 4th of July holiday when I called you to inform you that my tech was out of communication with me and I'd call when I heard from him. Also, I do not remember rescheduling as I had no idea that day if that could happen. Cleaning Huntsville and surrounding areas since the 80s and knows what works and what doesn't. cleans the stains that previous cleaners weren't able to take care of.
Fantastic business. The crew that came out to clean my carpets were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. They even took the time to give me some advice on some minor home repairs. The price was fantastic, too. I’ll never use another carpet cleaning service.
