We have been using Allen's for over 20 years. Great people and excellent service. Very reasonable prices, also!
Used these guys for the first time today, and we couldn’t be happier. Thought we would have to replace our unit, but Chris ( service manager ) took the time to find the issue and was able to get us going. I would definitely recommend them!!!
We recently needed 2 units replaced . We have a few different companies come out and quote and everybody had there opinions . But Steve stood out from the group he took the time to explain why . It much easier to make a large purchase when there is an explanation of why he suggested what he did and the added benefit. Also the installation crew 4 guys total were great ,very knowledgeable. Allen's Air Care always provides us with excellent service. They are prompt, professional, and genuinely nice people to work with. For example, our unit froze up yesterday and would not blow cool air. The receptionist was pleseant to speak with and assured someone would come by before 5. As requested, the technician called ten minutes prior to his arrival and kept me informed throughout the diagnostic process.
