Mike and his team have installed every Unit at my home and business over the last 25 years and they service them every year which makes them last longer! I highly recommend Allen's Air Care for all your HVAC needs!
New to the Smyrna area and my AC went out. After checking reviews, we contacted Allen's. They came first thing the next morning and stayed in constant contact the day before in case they could come earlier. The young man was wonderful and diagnosed from my description. He had me up and running in under 30 minutes and at a very reasonable cost. Super polite and wonderful customer service!!! I was so dreading having someone out but what a sigh of relief!
I needed my HVAC looked at quickly to figure out why my electric bill was high. I called Allen’s, and they made it out the same day. I forget the name of the guy that came out, but he was great! He was very professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He got everything taken care of quickly, and it’s been great ever since. I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs. They are my new HVAC people.
I needed a new Heat and Air company after my my current person recently retired. I was thinking about replacing my A/C unit after it started leaking. I called several companies and Allen Air came out the same day. Since my unit was 15 years old, l decided to go ahead and replace it. Charlie quoted me a great price to replace both my A/C and gas furnace. They came out the following week and had it fully installed and running in 5 hours. They will be my new heat and air company from this day on.
This is a bit lengthy but I wanted to give a shout out to Allen’s Air Care. A little over a year ago I called out an Air company because our system didn’t seem to be cooling a couple of rooms on the far side of the house. After charging me $180 they told me that everything seemed ok and that I had to keep the vents open. 🙄 This past Monday I woke up and found a small leak coming from the unit upstairs.
