The Pharmacy/Owner refused to list individual cost of the compound ingredients needed for processing of paperwork required by Blue Cross/Blue Shield therefore costing me $133. The owner stated they do not disclose their pricing of the individual ingredients! Makes you wonder what they are trying to hide!!!! This pharmacy will not file any insurance paperwork! I will inform my regular Vanderbilt physician and all other treating doctors to not submit scripts to this pharmacy in the future!
RecommendedI trust Allenhill Pharmacy totally! They do care and try and get the compound ready as soon as possible - unfortunately sometimes it does take a little long than we would like - but it is because it needs to be ordered, etc. I trust Randy and the staff for all my compound drug needs. Thank you!
Huge shout out to Pharmacist, Randy, at Allenhill!! He was able to compound a medication for my old Black Lab that no other pharmacy in town could handle. This pharmacy is amazing with the best staff and Pharmacists! I can't praise them enough. Thank you for your kindness to me yesterday!!
