Took my chevrolet suburban in to get a transmission flush. Well, I guess allen tillary didn't get the email. DO NOT EVER get your vehicle flushed if it's high mileage. Every mechanic around here tells me that now, thousands of dollars later. Had to get a new transmission. Thank you Allen Tillary! You may wanna upgrade your mechanics and service department 🤬
Got right in for an oil change. Was out within45 minutes. The service receptionist is the simply the best! Love seeing her because she takes care of the customers.
Almost 8hrs away from home & had a wheel bearing go bad. Called the day before service telling them my situation. Was told they start @700am!! Low and behold I was there at 630am. When I got there at that time I was greeted with a garage door opening. Got me in and out in no time. Thank you Eric for making feel welcomed & home!! Thank you Allen Tillery for a top notch dealership and service dept!! I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND‼️‼️
