I called this company two weeks ago and asked if they were properly insured so I could have my company use their services at our Woodland Hills location. The first gentleman I spoke with was nice and gave me an email address to send over our requirements in order to do business with them and also get them paid for their services. Outrageously expensive!!! Was given a quote of about $350 to fix my Bertazzoni stove which, although igniting, was not staying lit. The repairmen were at my home for 45 minutes, had a spare part in their car, fixed the oven and then proceeded to charge me $780, over double the estimate! The oven is now working thankfully but I am still reeling from the cost. How can a job that takes less than an hour to fix cost so much? Family business with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Albert quickly diagnosed the problem with our appliance and even looked up whether we could get a warranty repair. There was a bit of a delay getting the parts, but the owner Fred was very responsive.
Terrible, wouldn't take our call and hung up on us.
