These guys are absolute scammers. My LG washer would not drain and threw an OE code which is failure to drain. I went through all diagnostics online through LG’s site and could not fix the problem so they recommended these guys. I call them, tell them the situation and they send a service technician out. I tell him what happened and he wants me to cut him a $75 check and says he will call me to tell me how much the part is and will come back in a few business days when he has the part. I called and asked to speak to someone about dryer repair. An older gentleman said YES. I started explaining what was wrong with my dryer… he cut me off after 10 seconds and said “Lucky You…hold on”… then put me on hold, then disconnected my call, then when I called back they threw the call on hold again. Totally unprofessional circus.

A couple of days ago, a light bulb stopped working in my Wolf oven, and sometimes even the gas goes out. I contacted Allen & Sons Appliance Repair, and Anthony came to me. This is a very good person who knows what he's doing. I recommend this technician!

My Viking refrigerator broke down this morning. It was getting very hot. I didn't know what to do at all. I decided to contact Allen & Sons Appliance repair to help me. Leo, a very polite technician, came to see me. He quickly sorted out my problem and even gave me some tips in case something like this happens. I liked his work, he is a very responsible person.

Very grateful to them! After the long search only they agreed to come on the same day! They technician was very polite and professional, he repaired my sub-zero fridge in less than an hour. Now my groceries in safety! One of the best services!
