Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
