We managed a few apartment complexes and needed refrigerators & was happy to know Allen and Peterson sold a variety of sizes as well as prices. Loved working with them. Very professional and punctual. Would recommend.
I purchased a new dishwasher. I got a great quality product at a good price. I received terrific customer service from a knowledgeable salesperson. I love all the cool cooking gadgets too.
We feel they went above and beyond listening to our needs and matching them with our desires when we outfitted our newly designed kitchen. It was worth every penny to have them deliver heavy appliances and make sure they were where we needed them...on the second story. They even assisted us in applying for consumer rebates. We have used them in the past and will in the future... love that they stand behind their products!
Our ice maker we paid $540 to have repaired on our Electrolux Icon refrigerator($4500) lasted less than 1 year. Called Allen and Petersen repair shop and the lady that answered the phone constantly has a baby crying in the back ground. No big deal, glad Allen and Petersen let people work from home.
