Ordered a gas stove and a range hood. The range hood showed up at my house doa. Alan and Peterson offered to actually fix the range hood. I explained I didn’t have much time left in town so they ordered a new one before I even returned the old one. I go to pick up the range and the warehouse gave me the wrong thing entirely. The delivery driver showed up the next morning with the correct range and took the one they delivered to whoever bought it. It wasn’t smooth but Alan and Petersen made it right at every turn.
