We are family owned and operated and are big supporters of local business. Since the beginning we have been striving to be the best at what we do as well as offer our service at a reasonable rate and in a timely manner. Our long family history in cleaning drains and pumping septic and grease has given us the knowledge and skill to save the world (at least portage and summit counties) one drain at a time!

I just bought a house and had no clue who to call. I took a shot and called Allen's today for a backed up main drain. They were able to send someone out right away. The serviceman worked diligently to snake out the drain, didn't quit until he knew the problem was completely resolved. Better timing, service and price than I expected. The tech was friendly and helpful with advice for the future. Highly recommend Allen Drain Service!
Exceptional service!! Came out for a sewer smell, figured out it just needed a bucket of water for a dry drain, poured the water, and left. Didn’t even charge me and they drove all the way from Kent!!! So impressed!!
