We are family owned and operated and are big supporters of local business. Since the beginning we have been striving to be the best at what we do as well as offer our service at a reasonable rate and in a timely manner. Our long family history in cleaning drains and pumping septic and grease has given us the knowledge and skill to save the world (at least portage and summit counties) one drain at a time!

I had to leave a review because I love when I have good customer service , you just don’t see that a lot anymore sadly. My drain connected to my washer and sink was all backed up , Allen drain service was called and showed up this evening. Bill was VERY polite and very thorough on explaining what he was doing and the measures he was taking to fix the drain & what was happening . Thanks again and I appreciated the good service .

Called Allen Drain at 10am and they sent someone to my home by 12:30pm. Fast, friendly, reasonable service. Highly recommend.
Called the company this morning for a non-serious problem, we had an appointment the same day. The servicemen were knowledgeable and very nice. They got the job done right and fast. They even looked at another problem I had and did not charge me extra. I would highly recommend them for any drain problems.
