Dr Cambell & her staff to a great job and are patient friendly
I am very please with my dental care that I receive at Campbell Dental Associates. I have been using the same Hygienists for years and am very please with her care. On the rare occasion that I need to have service performed by the Dentist, she is excellent. I am most impressed with the fact that when I started with this office over 7 years ago I was asked what is important to me (regarding information or treatment) and every time I am treated at the office those items are reviewed.
I went for my cleaning today and it was great. As soon as I reached the office, the dental hygienist took me to the back and started X-rays and cleaning/polishing right away. I think I was there for one hour and a half. The staff was welcoming as always.
They are very kind at this office. They explained everything to me step by step and made sure I understood. She even took the time to walk me through the financial and insurance stuff. They even went the extra mile and made my specialist appointment for me.
Dr. Campbell and her staff deliver high quality care and exceptional customer service. Their passion for what they do is evident in all phases of the encounter. Their ability to combine the human touch, with patience and professionalism will ensure that the practice goes from strength to strength. Excellent service very clean,pleasant and friendly environment.
The office is clean and this is what every patient wants to know. On top of this, the doctor and her staff are courteous and caring. I cannot imagine ever having to put my dental care in the hands of any other dental practitioner.
