The rental arm of our business is also a "boutique" model. Since 1990, Beth has been your contact and continues to answer calls the same business day or sooner. Ernest and Jack have completed maintenance at our properties for 19 and 34 years respectively. We are not a transient company, but a long term caring team that strives to create a place to call home for our tenants.

Beth was a wonderful landlord and made moving in and out a smooth process. She was always available anytime something was needed regarding the apartment and the property itself was well maintained.

Beth did an amazing job for us. We owed a condo in Tallahassee, but live in St Augustine. Beth went above and beyond, to assure that the necessary repairs were completed, all loose ends were tied up, and we never had to make a trip to Tallahassee. She is a very thorough and knowledgeable Realtor.
During my renting experience over the course of 3 years, including during COVID, Beth Allen and her associates made the living experience as easy and comfortable as one could hope for. Many maintenance requests were answered efficiently, along with transparent communication throughout the community. From a renters perspective I would highly recommend Allen & Associates.
