Living at Carolina Terrace was fantastic! Walking distance to all of my classes and right next to the student union. Lived there for two years and never had a problem that wasn’t resolved promptly. Beth was the best landlady I have ever had, always quick to respond, understanding, and did it all with a smile. Can’t recommend her enough!
Had worked with Beth Allen to purchase a property for my brother, we're from out of town so she assisted us primarily remotely and was available for any help as well as visiting the properties themselves. Very smooth process and easy going, helped us find a few options that we then narrowed down. She also was able to help us find companies that could handle repairs on the property post inspection as well. Very friendly and professional, would work with her again!
