I always enjoy going to my appointment the staff is great and the service is always have fast service and the longest I have been their is 25 min and your medicine is always sent to the pharmacy
I called to make an appointment. The receptionist was very dry and rude. She told me last week to call back so I can make an appointment. She never told me they didn’t have room for a new patient but this morning when I called her with my referral, she told me that they wasn’t taking any new patient
I called to make an appointment, I spoke with front desk staff. I was very disappointed with the customer service. The information given to me was misleading & not accurate. I continued try to proceed with my scheduling and I was hung up on. I am disgusted at how they treat the customers. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Phenomenal service ! Very well knowledged and experienced dermatologist. I would encourage everyone to recieve services here!
