love the doctors, nurses and the entire staff. very helpful, they understand and show empathy towards the parents
Would give zero stars if I could. All these people care about is money. Turned my sick daughter away today because I missed a payment last month.
The bilirubin blood draw on my 4-day-old baby resulted in a larger cut than expected and prolonged bleeding. My baby cried intensely, and the technician was curt and provided no explanation or reassurance. This experience was distressing and could have been handled with more care and empathy.
This review is for Hallie Kurtz, a NP in Bridle Trails clinic. We waited 40 mins to be seen, but at the end she didn’t send the medication my 1.5 year old needed to the pharmacy! That pharmacy closed and I had to call the after hour nurse line multiple times to get the medication from the on call doctor to a different pharmacy before my child slept that night!
