Allegro Pediatrics used to be 10 stars for us. The doctor our children was seeing since birth now has a new role. We are very happy for the doctor. When scheduling we did not know. We're told that we need to pick a new doctor or they could give us one at random. I asked if they'd be some kind of transition or recommendations from our previous doctor. They said they don't do that and I needed to just pick new doctor. Will be finding a provider elsewhere.
Update: Sure, reached out to @patientrelations. ----------------------- I just wanted to drop a quick feedback on being refused to be seen today. My daughter is scheduled for a normal 2-Year-Old Checkup at 12:10PM with Jean Sahs at the Bellevue location (2700 Northup Way, Bellevue, WA 98004). My daughter was refused to be seen because (and I quote) “she is over 10mins late”. If you could check the check-in time in your system, we might be just 1 or 2 mins past the quoted 10 mins because of the wait in the lobby. It would be ... read more
