I should've read some of these reviews first, and it took me 45 minutes to drive here. I really wasted my time and gas, such a waste of time. I was referred to this location by my chiropractor. I had a 3:30 appointment so I arrived at 3:00 so I could complete all my paperwork, there wasn't anyone else waiting to be seen. After completing my paperwork, I sat for 25 minutes before someone arrived. I had to change my top and take my watch off. This place is so unprofessional my appointment was scheduled at 8:30 no one called to confirm so i had to call. I was told to arrive at 8:00 am i come and no one is here. Someone arrives at 8:39 and tells me no one would ever tell me to aarive at 8am calling me a liar. Why would i lie i drove over an hour. Yantra should be fired. Calling people liars when I have reason to lie!
This is additional info from my post under the Decatur Location: I allowed her to try to find a vein on the other arm, which she had no luck. When she started circling my hand, I decided enough was a enough, so I told her we would be skipping the contrast, she agreed and said she had a lot of other imaging to send. Great place! The MRI Tech Jeff is very proffesional with excelent bedside manners, which made the scan easier! Highly recomended place.
