I was told my wallet was the source of my sciatic pain without even considering my other back issues. Condescending treatment and for some reason refuse to renew my prescription for asthma medication. I get it, you don't want me as a patient. No problem I'm out.
The techs and pharmacists are so knowledgeable and go out of their way to get what you need.
Pretty useless unless you need to get a medical card easy. Won't refill prescriptions that I've taken for years (because they're from another doctor) but they have before, hassle to contact. Anytime I do schedule to be seen it's never with my doctor. Just gives a bad impression of ahn as a whole and makes me want to stick to UPMC.
