Incompetence is an understatement! I put my full 110% in and all they did was cross their own Ts and dot their own Is. This was a huge waste of my children and my time. Not to mention the lies and twisting of truths they have going on there seems to be the culture of the company! I do not recommend!

Very unprofessional workers, kinda of mean when you talk with them on the phone or in person, they do nothing to help the kids, all they do is to give advices and recommendations.
Don't use this agency staff has no comucation with client's. Staff members are clueless and have to ask there supervisor every question you ask them. They don't care about there family's. Go to h a.s o
