RecommendedI cannot tell you how wonderful this office has been to my Mom. I live in a different state and she refused to get hearing aids. I finally got her to agree to an appointment with Allegany Hearing & Balance thanks to Krista Phillips' help with the preliminary paperwork, etc. She went over and beyond to help me. Chelsea then helped with my mom's test and fitting, and my mom raved about her. This is a woman that is not always easy to please too! I went to their office on Memorial Drive. Everyone is so knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail. They are all so nice. I feel very confident in the help I have received. The only way I know I have the hearing aids in is that I hear better. They are so comfortable. I would highly recommend Allegany Hearing and Balance Center to anyone who is having problems with hearing. They definitely know what they are doing.
