This was my second visit. As was the first visit they were professional and did not rush through the appointment answering my questions in a manner that made me feel comfortable.

They were very nice very professional and pretty much on time. It was one of the best hearing test I have ever had done and I would recommend Allegany Hearing & Balance to anyone who has a problem. My doctor recommended them and set up my appointment.
I was very nervous not knowing what to expect going into this appointment. Once I walked into the office I felt at ease. The waiting room setting felt like a friend's living room, and the staff I encountered were personable and polite. What really impressed me was they were on schedule! There was no wait! I had both an audiogram and a tympanogram and the entire appointment took less than 20 minutes. They work with you to get the hearings aid right for you
They’ve been really helpful with my bi cross hearing aids.
I like that I can get early appointments and I’m very pleased with my new hearing aids.
They "fitted" me with a new pair of hearing aids [old ones were fading fast]. The new ones are awesome, I could hear again--one on one, in restaurants, TV, etc. They spent a lot of time making adjustments to compensate for the frequency areas where my hearing was deficient. Staff is friendly, professional & caring. Overall I give them a 5 star rating.
