They used to be pretty good when they were Debix. Over the years AllClear ID stopped with good communication to their clients. I didn't know this, but my two children that I had covered were dropped when they turned 18. I understand that now, but here's the kicker; They continued to bill me for them. They owe me $406.00. We'll see if Experian (who owns them now) tries to repair some of the damage caused by AllClear ID.

What's the point in monitoring my credit for inquiries if your front line can't even tell me what creditor is checking my information? Why do you waste my time with in "investigation" instead of providing your front line call center employees with the necessary resources to prevent work that drains productivity and wastes time? How are you still open?

They will not tell members when their coverage will end, and this information is not available online after login. They can't verify a member's I.D. over the phone. They can't answer any questions via email. When they ask a member to call them, they can't figure out what it was about. Their employees don't know what they are doing. All Clear ID is completely useless.
