Martin B. inspected my home. He did an amazing job with the inspection. He was very polite and did a great job explaining the issues he saw. The report was very detailed yet easy to understand. I also appreciated the variety of pictures he took. The price of the service was very reasonable. I added on a sewer scope and termite inspection and it was still cheaper than some quotes I got that only included the basic inspection. I also appreciated the upfront pricing on the website.
