Steven performed our inspection. We attended the inspection and he answered all of our questions to help us understand what he was looking at and how that might impact us as homeowners. He was a great educator and I feel more confident now about maintenance and future improvements. He was thorough in his inspection.
I was impressed with AllCheck after comparing their website to several other inspector's sites. AllCheck had the most comprehensive information visible on their site including pricing, sample inspection report and what to expect. My inspector Steve was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and answered all my questions. I can’t say enough good things about Steven and AllCheck. The scheduling of our home inspection was quick and easy. Steven went above and beyond to make sure he answered all of my questions and made sure I understood his findings. At the inspection he provided me with a binder full of useful tips, a home maintenance schedule and more. We received a digital copy shortly after as well to review. I’d recommend Steven to everyone - he made the inspection process seamless and easy to understand!
