Thorough, honest, and perfect for a first-time homebuyer! Steven inspected my first home (single-family home) today, and I’m so glad I chose him. I attended the inspection, and he was incredibly clear and patient, explaining every detail along the way. What really stood out was how he helped me understand what was a minor issue versus something more significant which was super helpful for someone new to this.
