My experience with AllCare Buckhead, has been the most unprofessional medical experience I have encountered. Approximately two months ago, I visited the clinic for required blood work. After my blood was drawn, I was later informed that the clinic could not locate my lab work. I was then asked to return and repeat the blood draw, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The billing department and this place is a legit scam. Yes the appointment and the doctor was fine until I received the bill. I admit maybe I should have called my insurance company to see if an annual physical would be covered, but the office said you’re good to go and have a good day. Normally an office at least knows if there would be a copay?! I received a bill for $362 dollars for my physical because my insurance barely covered it.
