Sooo difficult to communicate with them or get any answers. It took two weeks to get ultra sound results: multiple days of calling the admin and messaging in the portal to get barebones details of an ultrasound. I’m trying to schedule surgery and still waiting for a response to a follow up question another week and a half later. Just send me the radiologist report if you don’t have time to use the portal. Dr. Yang is fine in person but her office is a nightmare to deal with.
Dr. O is very Compassionate,she is very serious about care she orders. And outcome.
