If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst medical office admin I have experienced. The reception was so rude, she couldn’t verify my insurance even though we submitted the night before. I was also a patient previously before they switched to Close knit, to make it even more obvious about incompetence my husband has visited a different location of CloseKnit just two weeks before with no issues. Dr. Yang is great and the location is so convenient, but I hate that they've replaced their receptionist with AI since CloseKnit bought the clinic. And if you ask to speak to a human, they just redirect you to an overseas call center who makes you wait several minutes while they "look up your account" just to answer a simple question about hours, logistics, scheduling, things like that which shouldn't require having an "account" at all. Very hard to get in contact with them. Waited 20 minutes to get off hold, only for them to put me on hold again. It took me two minutes to set up a Portal after they told me to do so, but they insisted on getting off that call before that process was complete and before my questions were resolved. I have waited on the phone for an hour for a question that could be resolved in 5 minutes
Came here for care several times over almost a year to get treatment for one particular reccuring issues. Support staff were good, but the physicians completely failed to address my issue and according to my new PCP they prescribed an irresponsible amount/severity of antibiotics. Cant recommend this place for anything other than blood draws or vaccines.
i don’t live in the area but went here because they had the next available appointment. so glad i did, it was by far the best medical experience ive had in DC. they are so kind and professional, you can tell they actually care about their patients and their experiences. my new go to moving forward!
