I highly recommend not going here. I had the same experience as many in these reviews and I definitely should have read them closer before I went. I am new to the area and came here to try to establish a primary care doctor. Prior to the visit, I called multiple times to make sure this would be a primary care visit and to verify my insurance and copay. Dr E. O’Conner is a wonderful practitioner who takes the time to listen and explain all facts and details of care. This is something that I value highly.
Worse experience, doctors are good, most of the staffs are incompetent no patient and rude.
Dr. Rosie is absolutely amazing, and this review is NOT a reflection of her or the care she provides. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff and scheduling has been incredibly frustrating. My appointment has been canceled THREE times in the same week, each time after I rescheduled the previous canceled appointment. They call and leave a message on the SAME DAY saying the appointment has been canceled, yet when you try to call them back, no one answers the phone. Dr. O'Connor was very thorough and my visit didn't seem rushed. She took her time to explain things to me and seemed very interested in my health.
