I was one of the first customers with Alcare wen they opened up a small little pharmacy that knew people by name-2016 the pharmacy grew moved to a bigger location unfortunately stayed beside APW cause that's 75% of their customers #gold mine very happy that the pharmacy grew but customer service went out the window - no calls reminding someone with Aides telling them your meds ,your meds will be refill iin a couple of day's iif not they won't let you go without- I went 3 days and no one cared 3 days without HIV MEDS CAN CAUS... read more
My dr. Called in my meds on a tuesday allcare was to deliver them on thursday i waited they never showed up. So i call friday morning they tell me they on their way i wait. I call back at lunchtime they say be there by 2pm. They never show up. I call at 4 lady tells me they are definetely on their way now.
