Thanks to the great staff at BIC who allowed my son and I in two minutes before closing. They were kind, considerate and caring. They also made a big difference to our little boy who is going to feel better much sooner thanks to their help!
My daughter was sick and we showed up on a Saturday just as it opened! There were a couple people there, but we didn't have to wait long until we were seen. The doctors assistant & doctor were friendly, quick, and helpful. With a high fever & strep, we were able to get in, get prescriptions, & start the road to recovery instead of my daughter being miserable until her pediatrician opened Monday. Thank you guys for your help!
My experiences was trouble. Took my copay and did nothing for me.
Waiting time was too much. Not even a Doctor saw my son. A practice nurse diagnosed my son.
They were excellent all the way around. Thank goodness for PA Juwanda (sp).
Was allowed to make my appointment from my phone before I got there was seen very quickly. Doctor was very caring and listening to my concerns
