Great customer service. Staff members went over and beyond to get my sons sports physical completed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend MedGen Urgent Care.
Excellent Urgent Care facility. New, clean, efficient, with a warm welcoming staff. They even have x-ray capability. Great way to avoid the ER.
Being the first time at Urgent Care I wasn't sure what I was getting but everyone was so nice and listened/responded to my questions. I took their card if anyone desks about Urgent Care I can send them there.

My first time there. Check in was easy. I was feeling horrible, they diagnosed me with Strep. My RX was sent to my Pharmacy and I had to do nothing! It was wonderful. Easy, fast, very clean place. If I need urgent care again I will be going here for sure.
I am really upset by the happens at this location. This use to be Doctor's express then something else, blah, blah. I went to the location on Monday due to something being wrong. I arrived and Andrew and Dawn said hello. I proceeded to explain why I was there. Need to see someone today, need to make an appointment with Simone for my annual and about meds. Staff was great, experience was pleasant and response time was superb too.
Not feeling well is no fun but when it happens, my choice is to go to MedGen Urgent Care. They take the “ugly” out of not feeling well. Beginning with online registration forms, estimated waiting time and text messages that update time to arrive, combined with friendly personnel, being sick isn’t so ugly afterall. From now on, when and if I get, I will drive the 6 miles to get to MedGen.
