This guy has saved my life, I came from Arizona where the health system is horrible,I was having internal bleeding, they didn't care,probably one of the worst states for doctors, but I owe my life to this guy and his whole staff, soon as I walked in the door I felt the vibe of people who care and with in months him and his staff had me all figured out and back on a healthy track, DR.NELSON YOUR THE GREATEST,
Such amazing care by Dr. Nelson and his entire staff is just awesome. My husband and I will miss him terribly when he retires…as will all of his patients
